The restaurant's menu is inspired by the flavors and dishes found in the Cuban and Peruvian neighborhoods of Miami, Tampa, and Orlando. Thurston explains that the team's goal is to express their passion for Latin comfort foods while providing good value in a fun, casual setting with exceptional hospitality.

During the media event, Chef Garcia demonstrated the preparation of a Tuna Nikkei, a popular ceviche dish featuring fresh tuna, avocado, sesame, and a soy-garlic sweet chili sauce, garnished with cilantro, Fresno chilies, and red onions.

In addition to the diverse food menu, Calle Sol also offers a selection of refreshing cocktails, including their popular Daiquiri, made with Captain Morgan white rum, sugar cane, and lime, shaken and served ice-cold in a coupe glass.

The new Calle Sol location in SouthPark boasts a spacious 3,800-square-foot space, complete with an expanded bar area. The restaurant is now open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with a selection of lunch specials available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Customers can also look forward to the opening of an outdoor patio later this year, further enhancing the dining experience.
